Richard Street, at the intersection with Leonard Street, will be closed to all traffic, including emergency vehicles, from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. Wednesday, January 6 through Friday, January 8 for paving. Richard Street, north of the closure, as well as Stokes Street, can be accessed off of Woodlawn Avenue or McKay Street. Signs will be posted, and motorist should seek alternate routes.
