The Hot Springs Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, January 14 in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following land use requests:
West Parking Lot Addition – Alpine and Bell streets – zoning change request from R-3 to C-TR for several lots in block G of O’Bryans Subdivision
Gulpha Creek Senior Living – vicinity of Wise, Raymond and Wade streets – zoning change request from R-1 to R-4 for an approximately 5 acre tract of land
West Parking Lot Addition – Alpine and Bell streets – conditional use review for a new west parking lot addition on several lots in block G of O’Bryans Subdivision
GAP Auto Mechanics – 512 Stover Street – conditional use permit request to operate a small scale auto mechanic business from C-TR zoned property
