Sections of several downtown streets will be closed to through traffic as Spa Running Festival participants progress through various race routes on Saturday, November 21. Street sections will be closed as runners approach and will reopen after runners exit the closed section of roadway. Convention Boulevard, from Palm Street to Malvern Avenue, will be closed from 5:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. Other closures and anticipated closure times include:
