Higdon Ferry Road, from Central Avenue to Harvard Street, will be closed to through traffic from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. beginning Monday, September 28 for roadway paving. The closure will continue daily until the project is completed. Signs will be posted, and motorists should seek alternate routes.
