Adams Street, between Seneca and Chelsea streets, and Chelsea Street, between Bayard and Adams streets, will be closed to through traffic from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Thursday, September 24 for the Blue Heron Trail Dedication activities. Signs will be posted, and motorists should seek alternate routes.
