Alpine Street, from Higdon Ferry Road to Clark Street, and Bell Street, between Oaklawn and Alpine streets, will be closed to through traffic from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. Tuesday, September 15 for sewer main repair. Signs will be posted, and motorists should seek alternate routes.
