The Hot Springs Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 17 in the Board Chambers of City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard. The hearing is to consider the following certificate of appropriateness requests:
126 Pleasant Street – Steve Arrison – request for property demolition and subsequent post-demolition plan;
302 Pleasant Street – Levi Jones – request for property demolition and subsequent post-demolition plan;
128 Central Avenue – The Central Loft – after the fact request to remove second floor balcony from structure and request to add Juliet balconies to the front of the building;
405 Central Avenue – Bubbalu’s – request for awning fabric replacement to red and white striped and installation of one business identification sign located on awning;
610 Central Avenue – Vina Morita – request to add awning to front of building, add removable menu displays on front doors and change neon sign located on the front of the building;
114 Central Avenue – Kollective Coffee & Tea – request to add additional business identification signs above storefront transom windows.
