The Hot Springs Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 11 in the Board Chambers of City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard to consider the following:
Approximately 106 Catalina Circle – Patel Annexation – Initial zoning designation consideration for C-4 (Regional Commercial / Open Display District) for property subject to a voluntary annexation petition.
Subdivision Code amendment to add a requirement that final plats executed by the city be recorded within 30 days.
3024 Central Avenue – Stubby’s BBQ – request to paint a roof sign on building.
Approximately 2216 Albert Pike Road – Gold Land Estates – request to divide an approximately 1.31 acre property in the West Gate Plaza Shopping Center zoned C-4 (Regional Commercial / Open Display District).
