The Hot Springs Board of Directors will hold a work session immediately following their regularly scheduled agenda meeting which begins at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28 in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard. Topics discussed during the work session will include energy performance contracting by Siemens, Inc.; a community-wide emergency communications system; and mowing in city rights-of-way.
