HOT SPRINGS – Hot Springs Public Works advises residents to be vigilant as temperatures rise above freezing and ice sheets up to 1” thick are sliding off of roof tops. Care should be taken when walking near or under sloped roof eaves. Also, some vehicle damage has been reported from large sheets of ice flying off the roofs of tractor trailers. Motorists are advised to leave plenty of room when following a large vehicle.
