HOT SPRINGS -- The Hot Springs Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, September 11 in the Hot Springs City Hall Board Chambers, 133 Convention Boulevard to consider the following land use requests:
• Arlington Park, LLC Bond Extension, 111 Arlington Park - A one-year extension to install and complete the required public infrastructure improvements for the Arlington Park Subdivision project
• Arkansas Fabulous Finds, 444 West Grand Avenue -Miscellaneous application request for limited area for outdoor display in a C-2 (General Business District) zone
• Central Avenue Storage, 4250 Central Avenue - Multiple building site plan review for development of a large-scale self-storage facility on the subject property
