HOT SPRINGS – The Board of Directors will hold a special called meeting will be held at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, December 10, directly after the conclusion of the agenda meeting, in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard. The purpose of the special called meeting is to consider the issuance of wastewater bonds for the City of Hot Springs. A work session on the 2014 budget will follow.
