Hot Springs --The Hot Springs Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 21 in the Board Chambers of Hot Springs City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard. This hearing is to consider the following certificate of appropriateness requests:
• Rings N’ Things, 113 Central Avenue - request to add business name to awning and color change to window casing
• Webb Community Center, 127 Pleasant Street – request to construct an outdoor picnic pavilion with sunshade
