A boil order has now been lifted for approximately 20 homes on Agate Street off of Cedarglades Road. The order was issued as a precautionary measure following the partial loss of water system pressure due to a 16” main line break which has been repaired by Hot Springs Utilities. The order was lifted after the Arkansas Health Department's water sample test results confirmed that the water in the city's distribution system posed no bacteriological concerns.
The affected area included Agate to Cedar Street, from Cedarglades to Whittington Avenue, and a portion of Pine Street. For information, call 623-7483.
