HOT SPRINGS -- The Hot Springs Parks and Recreation Department, in partnership with the Park Haven Community Garden, Park Avenue Community Association, Dave Reagan and Summit Vista students to hold a hardwood tree giveaway from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Friday, May 16 at the Park Haven Community Garden, 655 Park Avenue.
Only a variety of hardwoods, including oak, will be available for adoption, with one tree allowed per household. Adoptees must be city residents and will be required to sign a tree-care agreement. For information, call 262-1519.
