[ARCHIVED] HDC Public Hearing notice

Hot Springs --The Hot Springs Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 15 in the Board Chambers of Hot Springs City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard. This hearing is to consider the following certificate of appropriateness requests:

• Plenty Mystic, 115 Central Avenue - Request to paint storefront

• The Funky Monkey Clothier, 113 Central Avenue - Request to paint store front

• 221 Cottage Street - Request to demolish and remove the remaining structure on the Baxter Hotel property.
