HOT SPRINGS – The inside lanes from the 100 to the 300 block of Central Avenue in the downtown historic district will be temporarily closed from 3 a.m. until 6 a.m. on Thursday, May 8 for hanging of flower baskets by the Hot Springs Parks & Recreation Department. Traffic cones and safety lighting will be utilized. Motorists are advised to use caution when traveling in the area during installation.
