[ARCHIVED] Hot Springs Memorial Field Airfield operations

Due to the anticipation of inclement weather, the Hot Springs Memorial Field Airport is temporarily changing its Airfield and Fixed Base Operator (FBO) operations. This operations schedule will be reassessed upon weather conditions on Thursday, Feb. 18.

A U/A Fuel NOTAM will be issued if ground crews are unable to arrive at the airfield.

On Sunday, Feb. 14, the airfield should be open at its normally scheduled time (5 a.m.), but will be closing operations at 7 p.m. due to the possibility of snow showers throughout the day.

Starting on Monday, Feb. 15, through the morning of Thursday, Feb. 18, ground crews will not report to the airport until 7 a.m., unless road conditions prevent crew to arrive safely, and will close operations at 7 p.m.  In the situation that the crews cannot arrive safely, there will be one hour and fifteen minute intervals to allow for improved conditions.

For more information or questions, call Airport Director Glen Barentine at 501-617-4908.
