The Hot Springs Board of Zoning Adjustment will hold a public hearing at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 25, in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following request:
- 122 Joker Place – Request for side yard setback variance consideration from the required 12 feet to approximately 2 feet for the construction of a residential addition. This variance is being sought from the requirements of H.S.C. § 16-2-46(e)(2).
