[ARCHIVED] Updated Street closure: Richard Street

Richard Street, between W. St. Louis and Plain streets, will be closed until 6 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, for sewer main repair.  

Detour signs and flaggers will be posted, and motorists are advised to seek an alternate route while traveling in this area.
