On September 28, 2020, at approximately 3:10 p.m., officers with the Hot Springs Police Department responded to the Indiandale Apartments, 105 Lowery Street, Apt. 205, in reference to a shooting. Officers located two shooting victims at the scene. One of the victims, Tredevon Manning, 25, of Hot Springs, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The second victim, Kenneth Young, 31, of Hot Springs, was found to have serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The investigation is ongoing and detectives are currently interviewing witnesses. At this time, there is no one in custody in reference to this incident.
