The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 8, in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following:
- Clearwater Cove – Request for an extension in time for completion of required infrastructure improvements for the Cottages at Bayshore Cove Phase II subdivision located on Clearwater Cove
- Forest Lakes Re-Plat – Forest Lakes Boulevard and Pinto Lane – Request to divide Tract 1.A2 of the Centre LLC Tract 1A Re-plat into two building lots.
- Airport Road Mini Storage – 913 Airport Road – Large-scale development application to add additional storage facility buildings on the currently developed Airport Road Mini Storage site.
- Suburban Heights Subdivision – 2105 Malvern Avenue (approximately) – Zoning change request of all of lots 2, 3 and 22, together with a portion of lots 1, 4 and 21, of Suburban Heights Subdivision from R-2 (Suburban Residential District) to C-TR (Commercial Transitional District) for approximately 2.07 acres of land located at the intersection of Malvern Avenue, Suburban Drive and Lakeside Road.
There will also be consideration of a zoning code text amendment regarding a zoning ordinance amendment application request for a change in text of the Hot Springs Code Table of Permitted Uses found in H.S.C. § 16-2-152.
