The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, September 3, in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following land use requests:
- 307 Omega Street – Zoning change request to establish manufactured home overlay district zoning on Lot 16 in Block 23 of Boulevard Addition Subdivision
- Bellissima Salon – 104 Southview Circle – Home Occupation Type B application for a one chair beauty salon
There will also be consideration of the City of Hot Springs Forward Hot Springs Comprehensive Plan.
The public is invited to be present for this public hearing; social distancing precautions will be in place.
