The Hot Springs Board of Directors will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4, in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following:
Malvern Avenue Re-Zone from R-2 to C-3 – Approximately 2105 Malvern Avenue – Appeal of Planning Commission action on June 11, 2020, at which time the motion to approve re-zoning from R-2 (Suburban Residential District) to C-3 (Office/Neighborhood Commercial District) for approximately 2.24 acres of land located at the intersection of Malvern Avenue, Suburban Drive and Lakeside Road (consisting of all of lots 2, 3, 22 and parts of Lots 1, 4, and 21 of Suburban Heights Subdivision) was defeated.
