The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 11, in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following land use request:
- 2105 Malvern Avenue Re-Zone –– Zoning change request from R-2 (Suburban Residential District) to C-3 (Office/Neighborhood Commercial District) for approximately 2.24 acres of land located at the intersection of Malvern Avenue, Suburban Drive and Lakeside Road at approximately 2105 Malvern Avenue. This property is in the Suburban Heights Subdivision and encompasses all of lots 2, 3 and 22, together with a part of lots 1, 4 and 21.
The public is invited to be present for this public hearing; social distancing precautions will be in place.
