On Tuesday, April 14, 2020, Officers responded to the 307 Oakcliff Street in reference to a deceased male. Upon arrival, officers located Joshua David Buck (43) of Hot Springs deceased inside. During the investigation it was discovered that Terry Hughes (55) of Hot Springs was involved. Hughes has been charged with Murder in the 1st Degree in relation to the homicide.
