[ARCHIVED] Hot Springs airport restricting access to FBO

In order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, Hot Springs Memorial Field airport will restrict access to the Private Aircraft Terminal (FBO) starting Monday, March 30.

Individuals will be screened, and only arriving and departing passengers and pilots will be allowed access to the FBO. The airport terminal and the tenants (Southern Airways, Hertz, Enterprise and CADA) will still have access to their operations and the airport main terminal. In addition, the airfield will remain open, and all aircraft services will still be available.

If you are a customer wanting to pay your account, this can be accomplished over the phone or mail. Please call 501-321-6750 for more information or assistance. The mailing address for the airport is 525 Airport Road, Hot Springs, AR 71913.

For those who choose to bring payments to the airport, there is an intercom at the FBO entrance for customers to contact airport staff.  Airport personnel will come get your payment and do the transaction for you while you wait. If you have other business with the airport that cannot be conducted over the phone, airport personnel will meet with you. In doing so, the employee and customer should maintain a minimum distance of six feet distance.

We apologize for any inconvenience, and greatly appreciate your understanding.
