The eastbound lanes of Convention Boulevard will be closed for the police units in the funeral procession for Officer Brent Scrimshire from 7 a.m. until the funeral is over. The westbound lanes of Convention Boulevard from Laurel Street to Malvern Avenue will also be closed from 2:30 until the funeral is over. By 4 p.m., all lanes should be open.
