HOT SPRINGS -- The Hot Springs Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 10 in the Hot Springs City Hall Board Chambers, 133 Convention Boulevard to consider the following land use requests:
• First Church of Christ Scientist, 810 Central Avenue – Conditional use request to conduct church services from this property
• Hot Springs School District, 317 Palmetto - Conditional use permit request to expand the Langston School operation to an adjacent property recently purchased for new office space
• Central Storage Land Division, 4252 Central Avenue - Land Division request to divide the Dollar Tree property located at 4252 Central Avenue from the property in the rear. An easement proposed to provide vehicular access to the rear tract
• Flurry Cove Subdivision, 327 Burchwood Road - Preliminary subdivision request to develop a four lot single family residential subdivision located in the planning area
• Cycles N Rodz Experts, 159 Blackhawk - Rezone approximately one acre lot north of 145 Blackhawk from R2 to C4
• Carter Dairy Property, SE Corner of Lakeshore Drive and Burchwood Bay Road - Initial zoning designation for R-4 (Medium/High Density Residential) zone designation for Garland County Tax Assessor
