The Hot Springs Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, August 9 in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following land use requests:
133 Oakwood Avenue and 2520 Central Avenue - Lot split request to separate the residence located at 133 Oakwood Avenue from the Best Western Winners Circle Hotel property located at 2520 Central Avenue;
Tennessee Street – Eastside Missionary Baptist Church -Miscellaneous application request for a wall sign with church name in residential zone district;
3810 Central Avenue – A Touch of Color, Inc. - Miscellaneous application request for outdoor nursery stock display in C-2 zone district;
129 Henderson Street – The Humidor Cigar Lounge - Conditional use review for a cigar lounge in a portion of the 129 Henderson Street property with off-street paved parking;
523 Carpenter Dam Road – Hot Springs Hounds Pet Resort - Conditional use review for a five star dog spa day care, boarding, grooming and training facility;
Small Cell Wireless Text Amendment - Zoning code wireless communication facility text amendment to address small cell communication devices.
