The Hot Springs Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 14 in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following land use requests:
939 Rector Street – Mini Montessori School – Conditional use request for daycare/pre-school for up to 10 children;
700 Richard Street – Arch Ford ESC-Garland County ALE School – Conditional use request for an alternate learning environment school on previous church property;
Approx. 408-424 Prospect Avenue –Zoning change request from R-4 (Medium/High Density Residential) to C-TR (Commercial Transitional District) for lots 2, 3 & 4 in Block 109 of the Hot Springs Reservation;
2510 Malvern Avenue – 2510 Malvern Avenue Re-Zone – Zoning change request from R-2 (Suburban Residential District) to C-3 (Office/Neighborhood Commercial);
2514 Malvern Avenue – 2514 Malvern Avenue Re-Zone – Zoning change request from R-2 (Suburban Residential District) to C-3 (Office/Neighborhood Commercial);
3623 Central Avenue – Texas Roadhouse Restaurant – Article II site plan review for the construction of a new restaurant on the subject property;
351 Lake Hamilton Drive – Hot Springs Mall Cinema – Article II site plan review to construct an addition on the north side of the existing movie theater;
2879 Spring Street – Cutter Morning Star High School Expansion – Article II site plan review for the construction of a new high school complex with associated site improvements on the east side of the school campus.
