The Hot Springs Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 10 in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following land use requests:
109 West Belding – Boys’ Club of Hot Springs, Inc. Lot Split Subdivision – Lot split request to divide property located at 109 West Belding into two parcels for future conveyances;
Southeast corner of Raymond & Wise streets – The Village at Gulpha Creek – Article II site plan review for a new forty (40) unit apartment complex;
2879 Spring Street - Cutter Morning Star High School Expansion –Article II Site Plan Review for new high school building, cafeteria and gymnasium and other site related improvements;
112 Catalina Circle – Catalina Cove HPR Phase I Re-Zone – Zoning change request from R-1 to P.D. for Phase I of Catalina Cove HPR containing approximately .53 acres.
