HOT SPRINGS – Due to delays, the closing of Emory Street, from Higdon Ferry Road to Prichard Street, will be extended to March 31. Emory will be closed to through traffic from 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. daily, for water and wastewater line construction. The closing may include some overnight hours. Signs will be posted, and motorists are advised to seek an alternate route during closure.
