Beginning today through Wednesday the following areas may experience discolored water caused by dye testing for Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping of the stormwater sewer system: Fifth and Ward streets; Alcorn and Miller streets; Drexel and Lincoln streets; and Barry and Liberty streets.
