All city offices, except public safety and the airport, will be closed on Thursday, November 23 and Friday, November 24 for the Thanksgiving holiday. No sanitation services will run on November 23; commercial and residential routes will resume on November 24. Residential and Earth Angel recycling collection will run one day behind schedule, beginning November 24. There will be no CAPS service. The city’s compost facility will be closed November 23 and 24 but will be open on November 25.
Hot Springs Intracity Transit will not operate on November 23. Bus and paratransit service will take place as normally scheduled on November 24.
