The Hot Springs Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, November 9 in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following agenda items:
Conditional Use – 901 Spring Street – Conditional use request for motorcycle club meeting hall.
Conditional Use – 126 Oakwood Avenue – Conditional use request to develop a commercial parking lot in C-TR zone district with 35 parking spaces.
Gospel Light Church Sign – 600 Garland Avenue – Miscellaneous application request for the installation of a nineteen square foot non-illuminated sign to auditorium in residential zone district.
Grand Avenue Plaza – 208 East Grand Avenue – Lot split approval request to separate two commercial buildings with existing drives and off-street parking with cross access and shared parking agreements.
Knollwood Heights Subdivision – 114 Knollwood Lodge Road – Preliminary subdivision review request for new nine (9) lot single family residential subdivision with variance requests.
Parker Point Subdivision – 300 Parker Point – Minor subdivision request for four (4) lot single family residential subdivision on private street. One (1) lot is for after-the-fact approval.
