The Hot Springs Board of Directors will participate in a work session following its regularly scheduled agenda meeting which begins at 4 p.m. today, Tuesday, September 26 in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard. The work session will include a presentation of a recent water and wastewater rate study by Dan Jackson, along with a general discussion of the city’s utility systems.
