HOT SPRINGS -- The northbound lane of Opera Street, from Spring Street to Reserve will be closed until Friday, February 21. Traffic is reduced to southbound one way traffic only. Northbound traffic will detour to Civic Street.
Signs will be posted, and motorists are asked to seek alternate routes during closure.
