A special meeting of the Hot Springs Board of Directors has been called for Tuesday, July 11 at 4 p.m. in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following:
1. Consider Resolution No. R-17-102 A Resolution Authorizing Certain Road Improvement Project Submittal Pursuant To Resolution No. 8928 And The Accompanying lnterlocal Governmental Agreement.
2. Consider Ordinance No. 0-17-26 An Ordinance Repealing Ordinance No. 6196; Declaring An Emergency; And For Other Purposes. (An Ordinance To Impose An Absolute Moratorium On Any Request For Speculative Information, Application For Permits, Licenses, Or other Decisions Or Actions Relating To Medical Marijuana For 90 Days Within The City Of Hot Springs, Arkansas; To Declare An Emergency; And For Other Purposes.)
3. Consider Ordinance No. 0-17-27 An Ordinance To Promote Public Safety Within The Roadways, Medians, And Public Streets Of The City Of Hot Springs, Arkansas; Repealing Ordinance 6168; To Declare An Emergency, And For Other Purposes.
