HOT SPRINGS – City Manager David Watkins announced today the selection of Scott J. Bundy of Toms River, New Jersey as the city’s new Utilities Director, effective immediately.
Bundy holds more than 25 years’ experience in public and private sector management of water and wastewater utilities. He is the former Director of Central Services at Brick Township Municipal Utilities Authority in Brick, New Jersey.
Bundy also directed the municipal utilities authority in the New Jersey township of Jackson, and served as regional marketing director at O’Brien & Gere Limited of Syracuse, New York, an engineering firm that targeted public sector water and wastewater markets in New York City, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His listed areas of expertise include strategic planning, systems design and implementation, infrastructure and operations management, project and personnel management, and financial planning and budget. He holds degrees in business administration and civil engineering technology from Ocean County College in Toms River, New Jersey and in organizational management from Nyack College in Nyack, NY.
