Applications are now being accepted for students desiring to participate in the 2017 student delegation that will travel to Hanamaki, Japan, Hot Springs’ sister city, for one week in early June. Students will visit Hanamaki schools and cultural landmarks, and homestay with area families.
Applicants must be Garland County residents in grades 8-12 at any Garland County school or homeschool. Applications must be postmarked by January 16 and require letters of reference as well as transcripts and other school reports.
