The City of Hot Springs will accept applications until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 30 from qualified electors of the City of Hot Springs (residents) for a volunteer advisory position on the Civil Service Commission. The five-member commission performs various personnel related functions related to the city's Fire and Police departments, including administration of hiring and promotional testing. Members, appointed by the Hot Springs Board of Directors, serve a term of six years.
