On Wednesday, October 5, the Parks & Trails Department, along with David's Tree Service, will remove a tree in the center median of East Grand Avenue at Oak Street. The inside lanes, both east- and westbound, will be closed from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. for the removal. Signs will be posted, and safety cones will be in place.
The inside lanes of Central Avenue, from the 100 block to the 300 block, will be temporarily closed from 3 a.m. until 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 6 for flower basket removal by Parks & Trails. Please use caution if traveling in the area. Orange traffic cones and safety lighting will be utilized.
The Valley Street Skatepark, 411 Valley Street, will be closed from Monday, October 10 until Friday, October 14, 2016 for concrete repairs.
