The Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing on at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 21 in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard. The hearing will include the following certificate of appropriateness requests and a “no action” informational item:
338 Pleasant Street – Sulaiman Aqeel – Request to complete demolition of this partially demolished structure;
124 Central Avenue – Request to remove the large sign over the transom windows, restore transom windows except from behind awning, and install new window business identification signs on this storefront;
126 Central Avenue – Faith & Flair – Request to install new business identification signage on this storefront;
101 Park Avenue – “No action” informational item regarding the condemnation and planned demolition of the remaining structures on the Majestic Hotel site.
