At the invitation of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 6 Coordinator Amber Howard, City Manager David Frasher will present insights and lessons learned in working on the Majestic Hotel project during a workshop entitled “2016 Redevelopment Funding and Revitalization through Brownfields” on Friday at Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) headquarters in North Little Rock. Frasher and Deputy City Manager Bill Burrough will be joined by leaders from ADEQ, the Pulaski County Brownfields Program and the Technical Assistance to Brownfields Program (TAB) at Kansas State University to discuss redevelopment of Brownfields sites to bring them back to beneficial use.
