[ARCHIVED] Board of Zoning Adjustment to meet

The Hot Springs Board of Zoning Adjustment will meet at 4 p.m. Wednesday, June 22 in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard. The board will conduct a public hearing to consider a variance request for 313 Sunset Bay Road, to reduce the R-L zone district side yard setback from the required 12 feet to 8 feet, for the construction of a single family residence.
