The Hot Springs Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 12 in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following land use requests:
120 Kent Street – Zoning change request from R-4 (Medium/High Density Residential District) to C-TR (Commercial Transitional District) fro previous Moose Lodge property.
305-307 Airport Road – Zoning change request from R-4 (Medium/High Density Residential) and C-2 (General Commercial District) to C-4 (Regional Commercial/Open Display District)
2835 Malvern Avenue – Lakeside School addition – Conditional use permit request to expand the Lakeside School District campus onto adjacent properties. Subject properties are intended to be developed with an educational related building and associated off-street parking.
