Exchange Street, from the Exchange Street Parking Plaza to Mountain Street, and Mountain Street, between Exchange Street and Central Avenue, will be closed to through traffic until noon today, Tuesday, March 22 for street repairs. Vehicles parked on Exchange Street will be able to exit the area. Signs will be posted, and motorists should seek alternate routes.
