[ARCHIVED] City to revise flood hazard mapping along Gulpha Creek Tributary #5 / Wildwood Gardens

HOT SPRINGS -- In accordance with the city’s participation in the National Flood Insurance Program, the City of Hot Springs plans to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between Carpenter Dam Road, MLK Expressway and Wildwood Garden Subdivision, along Gulpha Creek Tributary #5. The streets included in this area are Bluebell Court and Bluebell Place, within Wildwood Gardens Subdivision.

As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water surface elevations will increase and decrease and the 1% annual chance floodplain will widen and narrow within the area of revision.
