Longevity Pay
$2.50 per month after first year of service, to a maximum of $900 paid bi-weekly.

Holiday Pay
10 paid City holidays per calendar year

All Accrued Leave available for use after 90 days of continuous employment.

Insurance
Medical/Dental/Life/AD&D is available after a 90 day waiting period for Administrative employees and a 180 day waiting period for Non-Administrative employees; employee coverage paid for by City; dependent coverage available and paid for by the employee; supplemental coverage also available.

Retirement

City contributes 13.47% of gross wages; employees must contribute 5%, vested after 5 years of service.
